Kriya Terms and Conditions

01 Introduction

Welcome to Kriya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Kriya ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of the Kriya platform — including the website at kriya-kriya.vip, the Kriya mobile app, or any game offered through Kriya — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Kriya. We strongly recommend reading this document in full before registering. If anything is unclear, our support team is available around the clock to help you understand what applies to your situation.

Kriya operates as an online gaming and betting platform. All games available on Kriya — including poker, slots, keno, blackjack, fortune games and coin games — are subject to these Terms as well as any game-specific rules published on the relevant game page.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a Kriya account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close family member of a Kriya employee or contractor.

03 Account Registration

To access Kriya's games and services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, email address and phone number. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

Each player is permitted to hold one Kriya account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, Kriya reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings generated across them.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Kriya account.
• You must notify Kriya immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Kriya will never contact you to ask for your password. If someone does, report it immediately.

Kriya may require identity verification (KYC) at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account suspension until the process is completed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Kriya supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are credited to your Kriya account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. In most cases this happens within seconds. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact Kriya support with your transaction reference number.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours during business hours.
• Kriya reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if there is an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements on your account.
• Kriya does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Kriya is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems or network issues outside our control. If you experience a persistent payment issue, our support team can investigate and escalate on your behalf.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Kriya offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here. Where there is a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer details.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time. Unused bonuses or bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will expire at the end of the stated validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
• Kriya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

06 Gameplay Rules

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or interfere with Kriya's platform, servers or software.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Kriya staff or other players.
• Systematic bonus abuse or arbitrage betting designed to exploit promotional offers.

08 Responsible Gaming

Kriya is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the platform. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and can be activated directly from your account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your Kriya account.

11 Account Termination

You may close your Kriya account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met.

Kriya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy applies).
• At Kriya's discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the platform's interests or integrity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, Kriya reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
